Reproduction old postcards for sell
I love the beautiful women in the old postcards so much that I wanted to become one of them. So I prepared the correct traditional costume, had my hairstyle made up in the classical style and collected together the type of props seen in the old postcards - teacups, fans, etc. I loaded these all into a heavy suitcase and went off the the capital of Taiwan, Taipei. There are several very professional photographic studios in Taipei. When I discussed what I wanted to do with the photographer he thought I must be crazy, but when he was taking the pictures everybody was excited to come and see the Ching Dynasty lady in the 21st century!
Here are seven postcards made in imitation of the classical style of the early 20th century.

Postcard No. 1 Woman lying on a sofa.
Postcard No1 is a classical and typical pose in old postcards featuring Chinese ladies.
The women lies on the sofa and shows off her tiny bount feet and tries to look very sexy. This pose is a little teasing for Ching Dynasty men!
I was lucky to find a painted background with a western style room and clock for this picture. Similar painted backgrounds were very common in photographic studios in old China.
On the back the word "postcard" is written in 19 different languages. I did not create this style. This is a typical feature of the old postcards (in the early 20th century, they hope customers send the postcard all over the world).

On the table we can see a water pipe and a wooden make up box with a raised mirror. On the back "Post card" is written in five languages - French, English, German, Italian and Russian.
